The Change 4 Children program provides funding for children in crises.  Many have been orphaned or abandoned and through this ministry receive love and prayers, a warm bed, three nutritious meals each day, and clothing.  In addition they have access to medical and developmental services, and their parents and extended families are given the Gospel, Christian counseling, parenting education, family support and assistance to enable the parents to care for their children.  Trinity is involved by providing offerings for this charity.

The Santa Express provides support for residents of the denomination's nursing homes. Residents of Presbyterian Village in Austell, Georgia and the Quitman Home in Quitman, Georgia, are served by Trinity through the Santa Express program which provides toiletries and other necessities for those in the nursing homes.

The Samaritan's Purse brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes at Christmas time. Since 1993 shoe boxes have been packed, shipped, and delivered across the globe. Trinity is actively involved, supplying shoe boxes each year to be shipped overseas.

The Thornwell Children's Home in Clinton, South Carolina, has been caring for children and youth since 1875. The warm, loving cottage atmosphere is based on sound Christian principles and staffed by family teachers dedicated to the Christian development of the children.  It nurtures more than 100 children who need temporary placement due to a separation or divorce in the family, the financial or physical inability of the parents to care for a child, or some type of dependency or abuse in the family.  Trinity Presbyterian provides partial support for this Presbyterian home.
