Good News at Noon enhances the spiritual and physical well-being of the less advantaged by bridging relationships with the larger family of God.  Trinity Presbyterian  prepares and serves lunch the first Wednesday of each month for 50-100 disadvantaged people.  In addition, the church is involved in the Good News Health Clinic as well.

GHAIN (Gainesville-Hall Assistance & Information Network) is an interfaith-based mission outreach group made up of churches, agencies, and other interested people working in partnership to minister to persons seeking assistance.  Trinity Presbyterian is a contributor to this organization and has a member on the board of directors.

Trinity's food basket is always available for those in the community in need of temporary help.

Meals on Wheels provides meals to people in need in the community.  Trinity Presbyterian is involved in delivering hot lunches.

The Salvation Army kettle drive at Christmas is the source of millions of dollars which are donated each year to aid needy families, senior citizens, and the homeless in keeping with the spirit of the season.   Donations provide Christmas dinners, clothing and toys for families in need.  Many families receive help after the Christmas season as well, as they struggle with family, emotional and employment problems.  Trinity Presbyterian volunteers for one day each Christmas season, ringing the bell and collecting on behalf of this charity.
